About Your Doctor

Dr. Bethany Long was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. She grew up dancing and being very active, which fostered an interest in health, and fitness from a young age. She attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona for her undergraduate studies where she earned a BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Physiology. During her time in Arizona, she was a professional dancer, dance instructor, and a NASM-certified personal trainer. Dr. Bethany always knew that she wanted to pursue something in the health and wellness field once her dance career was over, but she was uncertain as to what that may be until she sustained a back injury while dancing professionally.

With her back injury, Dr. Bethany decided to seek out chiropractic care for the first time. While undergoing care, she gained a mentor in Dr. Eric Vindiola, who played a vital role in fostering Dr. Bethany's interest in the chiropractic field. Eventually, she began working as a chiropractic assistant for Dr. Vindiola where her interest in chiropractic care grew exponentially.

In 2013, Dr. Bethany moved back to Kansas City to further her education at Cleveland University- Kansas City (formerly Cleveland Chiropractic College). She worked closely with her mentors to gain additional knowledge in prenatal, pediatric, and sports care.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from CU-KC in 2016. She also received both the Clinic Excellence and Clinic Performance awards for her work in the public chiropractic health center.  Dr. Bethany is Webster certified, FAKTR taping certified, Activator proficient, and is currently working towards completing the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) seminar series and BIRTHFIT Professional series. She is also a certified Postpartum Nutrition Coach.

From the moment you meet Dr. Bethany, you will feel the love she has for all her patients. She has a passion for helping others unlock their potential and live healthier lifestyles. She is committed to helping each patient feel their best, so they can thrive in all aspects of life. Outside of the office, Dr. Bethany can be found staying involved in the dance community through teaching and judging, working out, or curled up with a captivating novel, a good glass of wine, & her fur babies.
